In the transformer factory at Siemens Energy in Nuremberg, Reportheld is used to digitize the assembly process for large, controllable reactive power compensation chokes. We were on site and accompanied Christian Gronert’s team in preparing the installation. The bushings were then installed two weeks later, during which we were allowed to look over the shoulder of Timon Hahn, the head of the assembly and commissioning department of the Siemens Energy transformer plant in Nuremberg, in the Obermooweiler substation. Reportheld is used here to document the installation of reactive power compensation chokes and to track the project status.
